Big Night, la terzo

Long time Up in Ontario blog readers will be familiar with the lucious trappings of a Big Night. Modelled on and inspired by the incredible movie, Big Night, the evening is a celebration of friendship and food. Tonight is Big Night III, and here is the menu.

ZUPPA

  • chicken broth with egg, parmesan & parsley

    BRUSCHETTA

  • tomato basil & wild mushroom

    CALAMARO

  • squid stuffed with prosciutto & lemon thyme

    TERRINA

  • grilled eggplant, roasted bell peppers, baked parmesan basil & mozzarella

    IL RISOTTO

  • white wine asparagus
  • seafood tarragon
  • shitake & porcini truffle cream

    INSALATA

  • roma tomatoes & bocconcini tossed with basil olive oil

    RAVIOLI

  • spinach & ricotta w/ lemon parmesan

    SUPPLI

  • fried rice croquettes

    PESCE

  • lemon sole w/ capers & cracked pepper

    TIMPANO

  • words will not suffice
